Ability Therapy was founded in 2011 by a group of therapists in the Bay Area who are passionate about providing quality patient care at the home setting. Our focus has always been about building long lasting relationships with the patients we care for and the companies we serve. What motivates us to go the extra mile for each patient is our core belief that our work can truly make a difference in their lives.

Our Founder and CEO, Anjanette, has more than 18 years of healthcare experience and formerly the Head Physical Therapist at the rehabilitation center of a large metropolitan hospital in the Philippines. In 2005 she started her Post-Graduate studies in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy in the University College London in the United Kingdom. Shortly after her graduation she moved to the United States to work as a traveling Physical Therapist. She has been licensed in 3 different states and has worked in various types of medical facilities. Through her work experience in the US, Anjanette saw the need for providing high quality and reliable medical staffing solutions to the growing healthcare industry. In 2011, together with her friends and colleagues, she formed a group of rehab therapists who specialize in home health care. They all had a passion for providing the best possible patient care while seeking to achieve the perfect work life balance for their busy family lives. In 2013 the company was formally incorporated as Ability Therapy, Inc – a leading home health care staffing provider in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley.
